On September 13, 2018, Big Jim Self Storage opened its Self Storage facility in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.  This facility is strategically located just ½ mile east of Lorraine Rd on SR 70, in the high-growth NE quadrant of Lakewood Ranch.

Big Jim Self Storage - Lakewood Ranch features a state-of-the-art 93,000 SF building with 562 Climate Controlled Storage Units, 63 Drive-up Storage Units, a 2,200 SF Wine Storage Room with 86 Wine Lockers, and 52 parking spaces for Auto/RV/Boat Storage. The facility is open 9-6 Monday thru Friday and 9-4 on Saturdays.

The 63 Drive-up Storage units are located behind the main building and range in size from 10x10 to 10x20.  Also behind the main building are 52 well-marked parking spaces for Autos/RV/Boat Storage. Included are 15 - 50’ spaces, 18 - 30’ spaces, 17 - 25’ spaces & 2 – 20’ spaces. This well-lit parking area is behind the security gate and had video surveillance for further security.
