The custom wine lockers were designed specifically for wine storage and were all constructed on-site using wood slats for maximum ventilation between the lockers. Temperature and humidity are electronically controlled inside the wine room to provide the perfect environment for your wines. The wine room also features a stand-by propane generator to ensure continuous electrical power to the cooling system in the unlikely event of a power outage. Our tenants receive a personal security code for entry into the wine storage room which is accessible 365 days a year. In addition, wine deliveries are accepted by our staff at no extra cost.
