Temperature and humidity are electronically controlled inside the wine room to provide the perfect environment for your wines.  The wine room also features a stand-by propane generator to ensure continuous electrical power to the cooling system in the unlikely event of a power outage. Our tenants receive a personal security code for entry into the wine storage room which is accessible 365 days a year.  In addition, wine deliveries are accepted at no extra cost.
