Amid the Coronavirus crisis, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. Since we provide an "essential service" to the community, our facilities remain open to the public and are all operating with extensive health and safety precautions in place.

Our Limited Contact Rentals reduce the risk of person-to-person infection from the virus by limiting personal contact. In short, we collect all of the information we need from the client over the phone or by email. We then prepare all the required rental documents and notify the customer promptly when everything is ready. The customer can then come into our office to briefly sign the papers, pay the rental due, and collect their lock and key. By having all of the documents prepared ahead of time, we vastly limit the contact time with the customers and make it easier and safer for all.

 

Follow these 5 Quick & Easy Steps:

  1. Find your nearest Big Jim Self Storage location on our website and reserve a unit online.
  2. You will receive a call confirming your reservation. At that time, request a Limited Contact Rental.
  3. We will then take all of your information over the phone and answer any questions you may have. If you prefer, we will email you our Customer Sign-Up Form which you can complete and email back to us.
  4. You will be notified by phone or text message once all your paperwork is complete and ready for you to sign.
  5. At your convenience, stop by our office, sign all the documents, pay the first month's rent, and pick up your lock and key. It's that easy!
